A bigger battle, more units, looks good Remy, looking forward to hearing about that one too.
Was there any relevance to the Bloodbowl game in the background.?

Fear the unpainted cup-riding dragon!

Going by this game, huge monster vs no monsters is uncomfortable. Also, life wizards need to stand behind the army and cast spells on it, not lead units. Also also, paladins are feeble.

You didn't move forwards much either. I've never seen such passive greenskins!

PHEAR!!

What do you mean unpainted?? Its an ice dragon on a themed icey base. I keep explaining this... lol

Anyway, its my best ever spraying job. Wink
(Honestly tho, the amount of plasticard cutting, greenstuffing and supergluing the base took to make & get him attached was actually quite a job though)

Hey the Dragon and Goblin infantry and Wolf Riders were all piling in as fast as they could! Its just that you had much more cavalry so the engagments were slightly more into my side of the board, but the main battle was still fairly central. I was also having a huge problem deploying and manoeuvring effectively with those huge 25mm base blocks around all the terrain in my deployment zone which took me a while to extracate myself from. One of the many reasons I hate 25mm bases tactically... I can't get my units into two lines in deployment often - there just isn't room! Sad Also tactical reasons - I was trying not to break up my Orc line much (in fact was trying to get them into a line at all!), and was hoping from support from my attack force to come back around to help out my infantry...

Oh and yes, I probably really shouldn't play with greenskins, they don't suit my character in the slightest and never have, but never mind eh! Smile

The Blood Bowl game in the background is nowt to do with us, we played this game out at Sheffield's Wargames Emporium Game Centre, out near Meadowhall, cos my house was in tatters at the time, having my bathroom redone completely.
This is the website for the place here, tis a good place.

Currently trying to negotiate a "metallers discount" with the guy that runs it as I've been to see his band twice in recent weeks. Wink (Without realising he was even in it the first time!). Don't think I'll pull it off, but I already got a discount there anyway for being a member of the Uni Wargames Soc as it is. Smile
