I take it that is a base 9 underneath the big fella?
They are some serious Giants there Battleforge, my mouth is watering at the prospect of owning a few of those glorious beasties and bring on the Giant Kings List.

Those look absolutely awesome! They have a really great "fairy tale giant" look about them ... and their proportions really suggest a feeling of them just being absolutely huge.

Will these be the largest of the giants? Are you going to do slightly smaller giants ... those that are younger and not yet fully grown?

Those sculpts are great, are you planning of making some body's with armor and nice clothing as giant from Giant5 King list could be as the Titans from the WHFB setting...
And I cant picture them with those clothing be made from different pieces...
But can you show something near the giant for the purpose size...

and BTW the green stuff proposal sounds interesting Ill PM you latter... if you have time... so that we could...
Remy ok... I am not...

...thanks guys.

I'll be doing shorter giants (and Giant children too) for the younger giants in the giant kingdoms list.

I plan to do titian models maybe an inch taller than these guys and looking more 'classical' than fairytale.

Some giants will also be shorter and more stocky looking than these guys so for example you could build your own fire giant suitable for D&D roleplaying, or if you wanted to field giants with hobbits or dwarves you could choose to have giants that resemble their (very much) smaller allies.

There will be a variety of bodies clothed in a range of garments, some cloth, some fur and some armoured to give the gamer freedom of choice when selecting their component parts... this is just the first body that I've been working on.

Cheers

TP

I think the Giant list has some optional equipment available such as Rollers and something else ... maybe a ballista? As such, you should think about having one giant rolling some big ball of granite forward to represent this. I can't for the life of me remember what the other equipment option is for the giant kings.

rollers, lobbers and ballista, plus priest and marshal characters are all covered by the range I'm working on at the mo Smile

the small green 'needleman' is 30mm tall and shown to give an idea of scale, this unfinished giant is on a sculpted base9 base.

Those are really nice, will you be making them for sale? 'Cos I'd love to get my grubby mits on one or two of those.

The Battleforge is juggling two infants as a house husband, and a mrs, so he gets a fair bit done considering the time constraints.

Thanks for the compliment, the first of my giant bodies, four head variants and one pair of arms hurling a huge bolder are ready for casting.

Photos will be available as soon as one is cast up as a test piece, which I hope will be this month.

If it comes out of the mold Okay then I will post up a price and start taking orders from those interested in purchasing what will be the first resin Battleforge Giant.
