Sorry, the Flayed One it is....I guess in my head I have him compartmentalized as Mr. Flay, probably because when we post no one types out his whole name, just Flay (Me blunt, zinkala zink, obscader obs, Rajdhillion Raj, etc). Anyway, sorry for the confusion!

A Dark Elf Dragon scorching a full unit of Glittering Elves crossing a bridge would make a nice sight Very Happy

Ahhh, I like the sound of that Very Happy
I'm gonna need a little bit more description though. I can picture the typical GW style of elves both normal and dark but I'm gonna assume we don't want typical GW style Wink

Are we thinking an elven bridge? If not what kind of style?
Also how many in the unit as that will have an impact on the kind of detail... drawing up to 10 with a nice bit of detail I could probably manage, if it were 100+ I might get bored Shocked

'Crossing' is a bit broad as well. Do we think stood there in phalanx with a little fire steriotypically speading accross their shields, charging towars the dark dragon, running away etc etc

Sorry about all the questions but you got me thinking Wink

Actually anything with elves dying would be good. They are after all the other white meat...barbecued is even better.

So the dark dragon sat comfortably next to his make-shift BBQ, maybe with an apron on, squishing a few elves together to make a burger. Maybe a skewer of elves gently toasting on the flames too, yeah? Cool

Only a rough sketch, let me know what you think needs changing, moving round etc... or just completely re-doing from a different angle. I've had my 2 days off for a week now though so I might not get much time to doodle anything for a while Crying or Very sad

Muahahha I like the POV!

I would make the Elves tall and thin, and as unlike GW's Greek+Moorcock inspired Elves as possible.

The unscorched ones should be glittery and gay, to contrast with the crispyfied guys. One jumping off the bridge too, hahha.

I would make the Dragon lithe sleek and feminine, with ornate dark armour to suggest that it has been tamed!

Can you also put a suggestion of a Dark Elf army on the other side of the bridge too, banners and all sorts
Razz

Ok, I tend to like a quite alien look to elves. Completely one colour eyes, very high cheek bones, almost translucent skin. Spooky rather than pretty. If you've ever read any Terry Pratchet - Discworld or Raymond E Feist - Faerie Tale, you'll get the sort of feel I like, like they've got a completely alien and not necessarily 'nice' agenda that has nothing to do with mere humans.

The dragon I can definately do as more feminine too, maybe with a kind of coronet type head piece as the head is the main bit in view. Maybe not as spikey to look a bit more feminine... dunno

I get the general impression you're not a huge fan of elves too. Just a slight feeling I get, mainly from your suggested treatment of them lol
